
Executive Assistant to Housing Services Director
Salary: £32,948 per annum plus eligibility to earn up to 5% Performance Related Bonus
Contract: Full-time, permanent

Newlon Housing Trust is a successful charitable housing association and one of the major providers of new affordable housing in north and east London.
We are looking for a talented individual to join our Housing Services Directorate and support our Housing Services Director and the wider Housing Services team, providing them with exceptional EA/Secretarial support and playing a key role in ensuring the department runs as efficiently and effectively as possible.
As well as managing diaries, organising meetings and producing formal reports and presentations, you will also liaise with team members, internal departments and external bodies on a variety of administrative matters.
With a proven administrative, Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant background in a busy office environment, you will have first class organisational and communication skills, along with excellent IT skills and experience of diary management, meeting organisation and accurate minute-taking. You will be confident in handling sensitive information with discretion and have a strong team ethic.
