Estate Caretaker
Salary: £29,253 - £32,736 per annum
Permanent Contract
37 Hours per Week
We currently have an excellent opportunity to join the Estate Caretaking Team as an Estate Caretaker.
Estate Caretakers play an important part in creating and maintaining clean, tidy and attractive estates where tenants and residents can feel safe and proud to live in.
The Role:
This role offers a variety of responsibilities including:
- Cleaning internal and external areas in and around our Estates
- Maintaining the environment and promoting a sense of community wellbeing
- Providing advice on amenities and community initiatives
- Carrying out a wide range of practical tasks to keep the estates clean and tidy such as removing bulk refuse and supporting socially excluded residents
- Supporting other teams to identify and resolve issues
What we are looking for:
- You should be a highly motivated individual with knowledge of Estates Services.
- Ability to use IT equipment
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to organise workloads
- Ability to use your own initiative, working independently and as part of a team.
