    Estate and Environmental Services Team Manager

    Salary range: Grade 12 £48,531 - £50,574 p.a. plus fantastic benefits
    Contract: Permanent x3
    Hours of work: 36 hours per week
    Location: Croydon

    Lead frontline teams and help deliver excellent estate services for Croydon.

    We are recruiting three experienced Team Managers to lead our caretakers, handypersons, and bulk refuse staff. You’ll be responsible for delivering a high-quality, customer-focused estate and environmental service, ensuring our estates are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

    About the role

    • Lead and motivate a team delivering frontline estate services.
    • Manage contracts and ensure compliance with health and safety.
    • Monitor performance and drive service improvements.
    • Work with residents, councillors, and partners to raise estate standards.

    About you

    • Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation relevant to the provision of caretaking, estates, and environmental cleanliness and wellbeing of residents.
    • Experience managing teams in housing, caretaking, or environmental services.
    • Strong knowledge of estate compliance and health and safety.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to deliver service improvements and value for money.
