Details:

We are seeking an ESOL tutor to deliver the Trinity Entry 2 Speaking and Listening Award to adult learners. The role focuses on developing learners’ spoken English for everyday communication. To support learners in building confidence and accuracy in speaking and listening, enabling them to communicate effectively in real-life situations. The tutor will help learners to:

  • Develop speaking and listening skills for everyday use
  • Take part in simple conversations and exchanges
  • Improve pronunciation and understanding
  • Build confidence in group and paired activities
  • Prepare for the Trinity Entry 2 Speaking and Listening assessment

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A recognised ESOL teaching qualification (such as CELTA, CertTESOL, or equivalent)
  • Experience teaching ESOL learners at Entry 2 level
  • Experience supporting adult learners from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
