
ERP Business Support Officer (HR and Finance System)

We are inviting expressions of interest from an experienced and enthusiastic Business Support Professional to play a key supporting role in the 18-month implementation plan for our new Enterprise Resource Planning Solution (ERP).
The programme is a unique opportunity to shape a joined-up Finance, HR and Payroll system that helps ensure the tools we use every day truly work for us and end users across the authority. It’s also a chance for you to develop your project skills and experience of change within a supportive team.
We are recruiting to this vacancy on an initial 18 month fixed term contract and are looking for someone who can bring their Business Support knowledge and experience to support the programme.
Main ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of the programme team you will:
- Prepare and co-ordinate documentation for meetings
- Provide support and assistance to the ERP Programme Team
- Update project documentation to ensure it is current and accurate
- Complete a range of administrative tasks and financial transactions
You’ll be
- working with internal and external customers to provide a quality service
- educated to level 3 in Business Administration
- able to interpret and accurately input data
- experienced in the use of MS Office 365
- working within a team preferably in an office environment
There will be a requirement for a significant amount of office based working to support configuration and training throughout the project.

Will be required to start in March/April 2026.

Salary range
- £25,989 - £27,254 per year
