Energy Officer - Driving Sustainability at Wandle

Location: London - Hybrid working | Full-time | Permanent

Are you passionate about sustainability and making a real impact in social housing? Wandle is looking for an Energy Officer to help deliver our ambitious Decarbonisation Strategy and improve energy efficiency across our homes.

What you’ll do:

• Support the implementation of our Decarbonisation Strategy alongside the Energy & Sustainability Lead.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to align retrofit projects with wider investment programmes.
• Ensure heat network services meet regulatory standards and deliver value to residents.

What you’ll bring:

• Knowledge of PAS2035, PAS2030, and relevant housing regulations.
• Understanding of Heat Network Metering and Billing Regulations.
• Familiarity with EPCs, SAP, and building regulations for domestic dwellings.
• Strong communication skills and confidence using Excel and Microsoft Office.
