You will lead the day-to-day operations, manage a team of 9 staff, and play a pivotal role in organising elections, ensuring compliance with electoral law and good practice. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills, have significant experience in electoral services, and be adept at managing budgets and stakeholder relationships.
