
EHCP Coordinator
We’re excited to be recruiting 3 posts for passionate and committed Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) Coordinators to join our expanding SEND team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
About the Role:
As an EHCP Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality support to children and young people with SEND through effective case management of statutory EHCP processes.
You will:
- Coordinate and manage a caseload of EHCPs in compliance with the Children and Families Act 2014 and SEND Code of Practice.
- Work closely with parents, schools, health and social care professionals to ensure EHCPs are person-centred and outcome-focused.
- Lead Annual Review processes, ensuring timely decisions and clear communication with families and settings.
- Contribute to service improvements and work as part of a collaborative, supportive team.
We’re looking for individuals who are:
- Organised and resilient, with excellent time management skills.
- Empathetic and confident communicators, able to build strong relationships with families and professionals.
- Experienced in SEND, education, health or social care settings (local authority experience is an advantage but not essential).
- Knowledgeable about EHCP processes, or willing to learn with support and training.

Salary range
- £30,559 - £33,366 per year
