Ashurst Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and creative Early Years Teacher, who can inspire and motivate young children to join our friendly and committed team, to work successfully with the children and build positive relationships towards learning and education; with the aim of steering them back into mainstream school when they are ready. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where professional development is encouraged, and every child is valued.

Temporary Maternity Leave Cover until post holder returns.

We are looking for someone who:

· Is an excellent Early Years classroom practitioner and have high expectations of children’s achievement and behaviour

· Is supportive of the inclusive ethos of the school
· Is able to enthuse and motivate children
· Is able to demonstrate that they are a creative and highly effective classroom teacher
· Have the ability to create a stimulating learning environment
· Is committed to raising the already high standards within a broad balanced curriculum
· Is able to work within vibrant, ambitious and dedicated teams
· Is fun, flexible and hard-working
· Is sensitive to the needs of our children and families
