You will assess housing needs, develop Personal Housing Plans, negotiate with landlords and partner agencies, and work closely with customers to prevent or relieve homelessness. You'll manage a varied caseload, identify safeguarding concerns, undertake home visits, and work collaboratively with partners to improve outcomes for some of our most vulnerable residents.
