This role is based in the Transformation team within the Corporate Services Directorate.About the Role and Our Ideal Candidate
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as Digital Transformation Manager, working on a portfolio of projects that will deliver meaningful change to staff and residents at SHP. This role will be critical to SHP's plans to bring in a new customer-facing portal which will allow our residents to raise their own repairs and manage appointments online. The Digital Transformation Manager will also work to improve the internal user experience by working alongside the business to design process maps for CRM and other NEC functionality.
The successful candidate should have a proven track record in successfully managing digital projects. They will be comfortable managing project schedules, KPI's, user acceptance testing and able to work with stakeholders across SHP and in the council. They should also have worked on digital projects in the housing industry and need to understand the challenges facing both staff and residents. This role will be focusing on the digital portfolio for the Repairs service so an understanding or Repairs processes and data structures would be beneficial, alongside experience using NEC Housing.

Salary range
- £47,276 - £52,839 per year
