We are looking for a Family Hub Digital Engagement Officer to join our Early Help service and play a key role in promoting and strengthening out Best Start Family Hub offer, with a particular focus on Best Start Family and and Healthy Babies priorities.

About the Role

In this varied and rewarding role, you will lead on day-to-day digital engagement activity across our Best Start Family Hub platforms - helping families access the right information at the right time. You will create engaging online content, support campaigns, visit hub and community settings, and work closely with Family Hub teams, partner organisations and council colleagues.

You will also contribute to service development and improvement work, bringing insight from engagement activity to help shape how our services are delivered and promoted.

What you will be doing

  • Creating and managing engaging digital content for websites and social media
  • Planning and delivering digital campaigns linked to Best Start Family Hubs and Healthy Babies
  • Keeping Family Hub online information accurate, accessible and up to date
  • Attending sessions and community events to promote services and gather insight
  • Working with partners across health, voluntary and community services
  • Monitoring engagement activity and producing clear reports and updates
  • Supporting projects, evaluation and funding related activity across Early Help

About You

You will have experience of digital communication or engagement, with the ability to create clear, engaging and accessible content for families. You will enjoy working collaboratively, be well organised, and feel confident balancing creative work with reporting and service improvement. Most importantly, you will be motivated by making positive difference for babies, children and families.
