    About the role

    The role is pivotal to the delivery of the Council’s strategic corporate priorities and objectives. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference to our residents by planning, creating and delivering accessible content for digital channels, ensuring efficient user journeys between digital platforms.

    You will be arriving at an exciting time for the council, joining an ambitious team that wants to improve the customer experience for our residents. You will be improving the council’s digital experience including for the website, social media and digital channels. This includes providing content design for complex projects, which embeds user centred design principles and aligns to the council’s strategy and objectives.

    You will build strong relationships to influence decisions based on feedback and evidence, and review and improve content quality.
