About the Role
As Digital Services Project Manager you will report directly to the Digital and IT Programme and Portfolio Manager to successfully project manage the delivery of complex IT and Digital projects from inception through to delivery.
You will lead on several projects including the procurement and implementation of new hardware and software solutions, new customer deployments, system upgrades and delivering digital transformation initiatives.
You will work closely with internal teams and third parties to ensure all project deliverables are aligned to meet the needs of our customers on time and within budget.
This role will provide a fantastic opportunity to make an impact from the start. You will work with all internal departments to ensure defined goals are met, status reports reflect progress, risks and issues are tracked, stakeholders are engaged, and improvements are made.
About the person
The role requires an experienced Project Management professional with a background in IT/Digital delivery. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, have excellent communication skills and be able to build and maintain strong relationships.
This role will also require an individual who is flexible to manage a heavy workload whilst maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Salary range
- £42,740 - £46,231 per year
