About the role
You will be part of a team within the Private Sector Housing Team collectively responsible for the
- deliver grant aided adaptations to disabled, elderly and vulnerable clients to enable then to remain in their own homes as long as possible. Ensuring that advice and guidance is provided to clients and other service users, applications are received and processed within statutory timescales, and that contractors are supported through effective procurement and payment.
- improvements to housing in West Northamptonshire’s – through advice, and grant based support.
Additional information
You will be able to relate effectively to customers of the home adaptations service that includes disabled customers, the families and support of disabled customers, contractors, finance, and other support services
