We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Development Services Administration Assistant to join our dynamic Development Services team. We are entering an exciting period and so we are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual, who enjoys a challenge, to assist the Council in maintaining its reputation for a delivering a high quality and pro-active service.
We are looking to appoint an Administration Assistant with strong and positive communication skills, and the ability to handle various administrative duties to enable the planning team to function effectively.
About the Candidate:
Knowledge of Planning or Building Regulations would be desirable to this role.
Relevant experience in administration demonstrating confidence and organisation with excellent customer service skills.
Ability to effectively prioritise own workload, keen to learn and adaptable to changing demands and situations.
Good level of IT skills with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems. The role requires ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively, with excellent attention to detail.
