We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Deputy Complaints Manager to join our Customer Liaison Team. This team delivers a high-quality, customer-focused feedback service, helping staff and service users resolve complaints effectively and fairly.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the Complaints Manager in coordinating the Council’s Have Your Say feedback scheme.
  • Manage complaints relating to adult and children’s social care.
  • Liaise with the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman.
  • Provide support to Subject Access Requests (SAR) and Freedom of Information (FOI) processes.

  • Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a small team.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
