
Debt Recovery Officer - Cash Receipting
An opportunity has arisen to join our Accounts Receivable team, helping Staffordshire to face the issues currently challenging local government.
Our Accounts Receivable team provides a range of services with the aim of achieving the efficient and effective collection of income and the enablement of good financial management.
You'll be:
- Ensuring all monies received are accounted for in a timely and efficient manner.
- Dealing with internal and external queries.
- Posting manual lodgements, adjustments and general ledger journals.
You'll have:
- experience of working in a financial function.
- be effective in your use of spreadsheets and capable of retrieving and manipulating information
- the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues across disciplines and to work flexibly and creatively to meet changing priorities.

Salary range
- £26,403 - £27,254 per year
