About the role
Sitting within our Corporate Debt Recovery Team, we are seeking to employ two permanent collection officers dealing with the collection of Sundry Debt and Housing Benefit overpayments.
We are looking for enthusiastic officers to join this exciting and evolving team. Ideally candidates will come with debt collection knowledge, extensive customer service experience, and excellent negotiation skills.
