    In your role, a typical day would involve working with various stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and currency of data systems. Your responsibilities will be varied and could include word processing, data input, photocopying, filing, emailing, and managing tasks on relevant systems. Additionally, you would organise and support meetings, verify data, maintain both electronic and paper-based systems, produce a range of reports, and assist with statutory performance returns to external agencies as well as internal returns to demonstrate corporate performance.

    What you’ll need

    • Level 2 qualification or equivalent (e.g. 4 GCSEs at Grades A*-C)

    • Training on Microsoft Office

    • Experience of working within a business support environment.

    • Proven experience of working with highly confidential and sensitive information.

    • Experience in accurately recording data, reconciliation, simple analysis, and presentation.
