As The Observatory School grows we are adding to a team which has high expectations and sets high standards for both pupils and colleagues.

The Governors are looking to appoint a well qualified, highly motivated, enthusiastic and innovative Exams and Data Officer who will support our growing provision and expanding team across our three school sites - Vyner Campus, Leasowe Campus and Solar Campus (Key Stages 2, 3 and 4).

You will play a key part in this journey by supporting a team of Assistant Headteachers, Heads of School, Executive Headteacher and Governors in the delivery of the school primary aims and objectives.

Working as an integral part of the central admin team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of school examinations and data management, including managing examination processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining accurate student data.

You will also provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Executive Headteacher, who provides strategic leadership across multiple school campuses.

You will be committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for pupils living with Social, Emotional and Mental health needs.

Your knowledge, skills and experience are important, but so will be your emotional intelligence and resilience. You will be empathetic and compassionate but have the ability to set clear boundaries and expectations.
