The Council is recruiting for a Damp, Mould, and Disrepair Case Administrator.
The Role
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our Damp, Mould and Disrepair Team. In this role, you will work closely with on-site technical staff, contractors, and customers to ensure all Damp, Mould and Disrepair cases are accurately recorded, effectively progressed, and promptly resolved.
The Person
The ideal candidate will be customer focused, motivated, and committed to delivering high quality service. To succeed in this position, you should have previous office experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong proficiency in using and supporting computer systems - including databases, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in housing management and familiarity with Awaab’s Law and the Pre-Action Protocol for Housing Conditions Claims (England) would be advantageous, though not essential.

Salary range
- £29,064 - £31,022 per year
