Customer Services Advisor (Level 2) x 13 positions
About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in the council's fast paced Customer Interaction Team. The post holder will provide advice and assistance to the public predominantly for Revenues, Benefits and means tested assessment for care. The role involves supporting Wirral residents over the phone and in face-to-face settings when required.
About the Candidate:
We are seeking 13 customer‑focused individuals with experience of working in a demanding customer service role with the public. You will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work flexibly, and must be competent in working with Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems. Experience of accurate data entry, analysing information, making decisions, and meeting targets is essential. Knowledge of local government services, particularly revenues and benefits such as Housing Benefit, Council Tax, and care charges, is desirable.
The ability to work outside normal office hours and work at multiple sites as required essential.

Salary range
