Are you ready to make a real impact? Join our dynamic Contact Centre team where no two days are the same! As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the frontline of our customer experience-resolving issues, scheduling repairs, and making every interaction count.

What you'll do:

  • ?? Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails & more
  • ?? Diagnose and schedule repairs
  • ?? Log complaints and resolve issues
  • ?? Take rent payments and advise on accounts
  • ?? Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless service
  • ?? Hit KPIs for customer satisfaction and resolution

What you'll bring:

  • ? 1+ year of repairs experience
  • ? 1+ year in a contact centre
  • ? Confident with Microsoft 365, CRM & telephony systems
  • ? Solid housing and repairs knowledge
