Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £29,253 - £32,736 per annum

Grade: C

Fixed-Term Contract – 1 Year

37 Hours per Week

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Contact Centre Customer Service Advisor to support residents with enquiries on council tax, housing benefits, rent accounts and other local services.

You’ll handle inbound calls, provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure customers receive a helpful, timely service.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a calm, customer-focused approach are essential. Training will be provided.

DBS Check: At Basic level is required for this post.
