About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with the Customer Delivery team providing excellent customer service to our residents. You will be assisting customers with a wide range of enquiries by telephone, face to face or digitally and completing casework, providing you with an opportunity to grow and learn new skills.

We are looking for someone who is customer focused, flexible, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.

We need a team player who can live our values, with good communication skills, IT literate, able to problem solve and keen to learn.
