We are looking for a full-time/Part time Job title to work at Location/ Service who can:

Key Skills and abilities

  • Exceptional Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate service to all users, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and promoting positive engagement in person, via phone, email, and online.
  • Sales & Membership Growth: Actively promote and sell memberships, swimming lessons, and other recreational activities. This includes generating and chasing leads, conducting facility tours, and using upselling techniques to maximise income.
  • Administrative & Financial Acumen: Efficiently manage booking systems, process payments, handle cancellations and refunds, monitor debt, and accurately complete daily financial returns and documentation.
  • Communication & Promotion: Effectively market recreational activities through various channels, including social media, and distribute promotional materials.
  • Customer Retention: Proactively address concerns, promote benefits, and contribute to initiatives that enhance customer loyalty and foster a welcoming environment.
  • Facility Presentation & Compliance: Ensure all facilities, including reception and café areas, are clean, well-presented, and compliant with food safety regulations.
  • Team Collaboration & Initiative: Work effectively within the Recreation team, identify opportunities for improvement, and participate in ongoing training and development.

Experience

Previous customer service experience is essential, whilst administrative experience, financial handling experience and experience in a leisure centre is desirable.

Qualifications

Applicants must hold a minimum of 5 GCSE’s at C/equivalent or above
