CURRICULUM LEADER of PE & PERFORMING ARTS (PEPA)

Salary MPS/UPS (depending on experience £32,916 -£51,048) + TLR 1B £12,392

Full Time, Permanent

The governors, staff and students of Alsager School are seeking to appoint an outstanding and ambitious Curriculum Leader of PE & Performing Arts to join Alsager school, leading a faculty (comprising PE, Drama and Music). We are looking for a passionate leader and manager with energy, enthusiasm and the ability to think strategically who can offer:

• Outstanding classroom teaching up to A level in their specialist subject (PE, Drama or Music);
• The ability to inspire and motivate students and staff;
• Good knowledge and a developed understanding of raising achievement strategies;
• Understanding of 11-18 curriculum design, data and assessment.
