We’re looking for an ambitious, driven, and highly capable Coordinator to join the Policy & Partnerships Service to lead the delivery of Pendle’s Crisis and Resilience Fund (CRF).

This is an opportunity to shape how support reaches those most in need, strengthen community resilience, and work at the heart of a dynamic partnership of community organisations making a tangible impact every day.

  • Strong project coordination experience, ideally in a public or community-focused setting
  • Experience of performance monitoring, reporting, and using data to drive improvement
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
  • A genuine commitment to supporting communities and improving outcomes

Pendle is in Lancashire’s scenic Pennines, close to the Yorkshire Dales, Lake District, and Manchester.

We offer:

  • Flexible working, including no set core hours, up to 2 flexi days per month, and compressed hours
  • Up to 31 days annual leave
  • Flexible contracts requiring 2–3 days in the office each week (more if needed), so you should live within commuting distance of Nelson, Lancashire
