    ‘Next-Us (Your Pathways to Creative Careers)’ is a 12 month ‘Targeted NEET’ programme funded by the governments Youth Trailblazer programme. It is a collaboration between two flagship Lambeth youth employment initiatives: ELEVATE and Lambeth MADE.

    We have an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about supporting Lambeth’s young people to access pathways into training and employment within the creative and digital industries (CDI), creating a more equitable sector.

    About the Role:

    You will be responsible for maximising the potential for young people not in education employment or training aged 16-24, to develop confidence, connections, skills development and paid employment in the creative and digital industries.

    You will work closely with ELEVATE and Lambeth Made colleagues as well as internal and external referral partners to recruit young people to the programme and deliver tailored ‘wraparound’ 1:1 employability support, connecting them to relevant training and paid (London Living Wage) employment opportunities in the creative and digital industries. You will also meet the targets, KPIs and objectives of the Next-Us programme and demonstrate success against accurate monitoring and evaluation reporting requirements.

    passion for and experience of supporting marginalised young people to engage and progress into education, employment and training outcomes
