About the Role
As a Corporate Transformation Manager, you will:
- Lead innovative change and the delivery of high-impact transformational programmes.
- Provide expert leadership across project management, change management, and business analysis to achieve outstanding outcomes.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships across services and with external partners, leading high-profile initiatives focused on delivering measurable benefits and sustainable transformation.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an experienced professional who:
- Has a proven track record of leading and delivering complex transformational projects at a senior level, effectively balancing competing priorities within a fast paced, complex environment.
- Holds a relevant project management qualification and is confident in applying methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
- Is a creative problem-solver, innovative thinker, and a clear, confident communicator.
- Can lead, inspire, and influence a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes and measurable benefits.
- Demonstrates strong alignment with our values and brings a proactive, ‘can-do’ approach to their work.

You will be given a nominated contractual work base and you will be required to commute to this work base when necessary.
