About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority for the post of Concierge in the Facilities Management / Land & Property Service.
The Concierge Service is a key aspect of providing front of house support services to the LCRCA departments who access our buildings and use the facilities. As the first point of contact for staff and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a professional, welcoming, and safe environment, ensuring that everyone accessing our premises receives exceptional customer care.
About the person
Reporting to the Concierge Team Leader, the Concierge will be the first point of contact for all Staff and Visitors who attend the LCRCA Headquarters in No.1 Mann Island and other buildings.
The principal focus will be on meeting, greeting and ensuring safe passage for all persons who visit our site. As well as being the face of the authority, you will play a key role in facilitating the delivery of building maintenance and operational functions, whether that be through our in house or contracted out providers, ensuring the high standards we require of our assets is maintained at all times.
You will have the persona drive and adaptability to liaise with a multitude of visitors and staff up to the highest levels for which tact and diplomacy are key attributes of this role.
As a team member working with other departments, you will be part of the ambition to deliver a range of authority services that the 1.6m people of Liverpool City Region expect and deserve.

- £25,736 - £27,499 per year
