
Community Services Administrator
About the role:
Horsham District Council is looking for an administrator to work across the Community Services department.
The work of Community Services is wide ranging and covers Community Safety, Community Development (including support for charities and the wider voluntary sector) and Neighbourhood Wardens. The post holder will be an integral part of the team and provide administrative support across the Community Services team.
As an administrator you will be the first point of contact for enquiries and requests for information and assist staff in the organisation and administration of meetings and events. You will also be responsible for processing invoices and work with the team on publicity and printing requests.
About you:
To succeed as a Community Services Administrator, you will be flexible and have good customer service skills as well as excellent organisational and time management skills. You will be a competent IT user and be able to work within a team and on your own initiative. You will be educated to GSCE level (or equivalent) including English and Maths and have previous experience of working in partnership with the public sector and/or voluntary sector organisations.

Salary range
- £27,254 - £29,540 per year
