Co-Headteacher

ACE Derbyshire Trust seeks an inspiring Co-Headteacher to jointly lead Ashbourne Primary School, starting September 2026. Partnering with the current leader (Tuesday–Friday), the successful candidate will ensure leadership continuity for pupils aged 3–11.

The school operates under the motto "Excellent Effort Always Matters," fostering a culture of resilience, respect, and high expectations. Key responsibilities include:

Providing strong, collaborative leadership one day per week (Mondays).

Upholding a positive, child-centred environment.

Driving continual improvement alongside a dedicated staff team.
