Job Introduction

The Role

Playing a key role in the successful delivery of Careline Services, you will be providing efficient and effective computer based corporate administration to ensure that high quality services are provided. The role requires monitoring of out of hours calls from various housing associations via residents or directly from control centre including dealing with Environmental Health, Homelessness and Housing, I.T and staff personal safety monitoring among others.

The role will require:

  • Good Customer Services Skills
  • Personal commitment
  • Good communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Delivery of high-quality administration

The Experience you will bring

  • Experience of working in an office environment and dealing with the public
  • Confidence to make decisions
  • A working knowledge of computer software such as MS Windows and Office applications
  • Good organisational skills – the ability to prioritise a varied and heavy workload.
  • Good multitasking skills.
  • The ability to work as a team and be flexible to adapt to a changing environment and meet differing challenges.
  • Ability to make accurate and concise notes.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident telephone manner
