Join us in driving positive change at Pendle Borough Council - a borough full of energy, ambition, and diverse communities.

We’re looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic individual to join our Client & Performance Team. In this role, you’ll support the Council’s annual service planning process and help monitor the performance of our services throughout the year. We offer:

  • Cycle to Work, home tech, and car salary sacrifice schemes
  • Discounts at major retailers via the Vivup programme
  • Access to Employee Assistance Programme
