    We are looking for someone to join our very busy team over at Dockside. If you have ever had to make decisions about your own finances, think about how it would be to manage the finances of multiple people that you have no history of, you have no understanding of their wishes, their likes or dislikes, most of the time you have no idea about their work history or if they have any savings or other assets. Your job as a Client Affairs Officer is to investigate, build up a history of your client and make best interest decision on their behalf, in relation to their finance. This is not always an easy task as you often have limited information. The job is highly rewarding when you realise what a difference you have made to your clients life when their finances are in order.     • Experience and a good understanding of Court of Protection rules in relation to Deputyship for Property & Affairs
    • Knowledge of state benefits
    • Experience of visiting clients in their own home or at designated sites
    • Have a good knowledge of accountancy practices in relation managing clients monies
    • Good understanding of IT software packages ( Local packages and Microsoft)
    • Be able to manage own caseload
    • Experience of reconciling client accounts( income and expenditure)
