What is the job role?

Required from September 2026.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of Clerical Assistant, to join our new team. The working hours will be from 1 pm – 5 p.m. Monday to Friday, term time only, plus five Teacher Training days.

Duties will include:-

To provide administrative support to the whole School.

Act as a first point of contact for parents, visitors and telephone enquiries

Maintain accurate pupil records and school databases

Support communication and general office systems

Assist with school communications, letters and correspondence

Assist with school, trip administration.

Assist with After School Club administration.

What you'll need to succeed

Have strong organisational and administrative skills

Be confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications

Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
