The Governors of St. Jerome's are seeking to appoint a dynamic, creative and highly motivated teacher with vision and ambition in order to continue our drive to achieve the highest academic standards and develop our pupils to be the best they can be.

We are looking for a positive and forward-thinking person to join our successful team of teachers and support staff. The successful candidate will have the drive, enthusiasm and ideas required for this key role. The person appointed will preferably be a practising Catholic or must be willing to commit to the Catholic ethos of the school and to participate in the wider life of the school and parish community.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Demonstrate outstanding practice and has a proven track record of success in securing high standards of attainment and progress.
  • Be an excellent role model, able to motivate and support others.
  • Demonstrate a commitment and willingness to support the Catholic ethos and values of our school.
  • Show a desire to shadow our current SENDCO and have aspirations of leading this in the future.
