The Governors of Great Crosby Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint a Year 4 talented, enthusiastic and highly motivated teacher to join our committed and professional team.

1 full time Year 4 class teacher (Fixed term contract from 1st November 2026 until 31st August 2027)

The successful candidate will:

Be a practising Catholic teacher or someone who is willing to uphold and contribute to our strong Catholic ethos
Hold the Catholic teaching certificate or commit to completing it when in post
Be a highly effective classroom teacher who is committed to ensuring all pupils make significant progress whilst in their care
Have high expectations of children’s achievement and behaviour
Be passionate about the education of our children and the curriculum we provide
Have a clear understanding of the KS1/KS2 curriculum and be able to deliver it in a creative way
Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of our dedicated and successful team
