
Class Teacher
The Governors of Marshside Primary School are seeking to appoint a talented, nurturing and highly motivated Class Teacher to join our dedicated, skilled and supportive team.
Marshside is a school where everyone belongs – we are known as the small school with the big heart. We believe in aiming high, nurturing resilience and making learning enjoyable. We are looking for a teacher who shares that ambition and belief in every child.
We are a one-form entry mainstream primary school with a 28‑place SEN Unit for pupils with a diagnosis of autism. Inclusion is at the heart of everything we do and we take pride in ensuring that all children feel valued, understood and supported to achieve their full potential.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of SEND and experience adapting teaching to meet diverse needs.
- Be skilled at building positive relationships and creating safe, structured and enabling learning environments.
- Be committed to inclusive practice and able to contribute to a whole‑school culture of high expectations, aspiration and genuine care.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and specialist staff to ensure the best outcomes for all learners.
