The team will work with predominantly parents and their families where there is a risk of a child/children entering into care or there is the potential to return home from care, when safe to do so. They will work directly with families providing the required support to build relationships, resilience and safety so that the child can remain or return home to their family networks.

This will be on a rota basis and this will include evenings and weekends.

The service is county wide; however, you will be linked in with either North or South.
