    The Child Death Review Hub covering Tower Hamlets, Newham, Waltham Forest, City and Hackney is recruiting for a co-ordinator to join this friendly team at London Borough of Newham based at Dockside Road. You would be expected to come to the office 1-2 days per week. This is a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

    This is a comprehensive complex administrative role within the Child Death Review (CDR) Hub team to co-ordinate the CDR System, such that the system functions efficiently and effectively.

    We are looking for candidate who has extensive experience in an administrative role and have experience of working with public agencies such as local authorities and NHS trusts. You must have excellent administrative and IT skills and be competent with digital systems. You will be required to work independently as well as part of a team and training is provided. This role requires you to be motivated, curious, investigative and flexible. You will be able to communicate well in a variety of ways and build and maintain good quality, ongoing and one-off, relationships with professionals and their organisations who need to participate in the child death review process. Knowledge and understanding of the Child Death Review process would be an advantage.

    Experience in this area is preferred however if you are willing to learn can demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced challenging environment this is an excellent opportunity to acquire new skills and knowledge in a specialist area in a very important and rewarding role.
