We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Relief Centre Shift Supervisors to join our Leisure Services team. This key role involves leading shifts across our leisure centres, ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and a safe environment for all users.

The postholder will support frontline staff, manage incidents, and uphold service standards. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, a proactive approach, and the flexibility to work across multiple sites, including evenings and weekends.

For the role, we ask that you have:

  • An NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Leisure Management or equivalent.
  • De-Fib Operator and First Aid at Work qualified.
  • An understanding of the business demands of a busy Leisure Centre and Leisure Services as a whole.
  • The ability to work on a shift pattern that will include evening’s, weekends and bank holidays and become a key holder responding to alarm call outs as and when required.
