    What You’ll Be Doing / How You’ll Be Involved

    The Business Support service is looking for a customer focused individual to join the mailroom team. The Central mailroom is based in the Crowndale Centre near to Mornington Crescent tube station.

    The Council continues to receive important letters and documentation by post. Your main objective will be to scan and distribute incoming mail and ensure that it arrives at its intended destination in a timely way so that services across Camden can meet their statutory and legal obligations. You will also support in preparing and arranging for outbound post to be collected by Royal Mail.

    You will be using scanning software and franking machines and strong IT skills are a must.

    You must be able to prioritise, by detailed focused and work well as part of a wider team. Experience of working in a mail room environment would be desirable.
