We are looking for a flexible and experienced Casual Occupational Health Advisor to join our team on an as-needed basis. About the Role:
As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will:
- Support occupational health policies and practices.
- Work with internal stakeholders to promote a healthy workplace.
- Triage management referrals
- Manage a caseload of occupational health assessments.
- Provide expert advice on workplace adjustments and health interventions.
- Offer specialist guidance on medical matters and the Equality Act.
- Maintain accurate health records
- Prepare professional reports.
- Attend meetings to provide occupational health expertise.
- Deliver health surveillance and immunisation programmes.
- Contribute to health promotion and wellbeing initiatives.
About you:
- Registered Nurse ideally with relevant occupational health qualifications.
- Experience in occupational health case management and health surveillance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to varying workloads.
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice.
