This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Benn Hall as part of the bar staff team.
The Benn Hall is Rugby's premier entertainment venue, hosting Theatre, Music & Comedy Events all year round and available for hire for any type of private event or function. We're constantly innovating our offerings and desirability as a social hub and destination venue in the heart of the town.
About the role
This is a casual role and hours will vary according to the demands of the service, with an amount of hours not guaranteed.
You’ll be doing a wide range of tasks including –
- Providing excellent customer service to a wide range of customers
- Serving drinks and snacks in a professional, timely manner
- Being aware of and following licensing laws and procedures at all times
- Assist in the general cleaning of the building during and after events
- Responsible for keeping the bar area clean, tidy and stocked up at all times
- On some occasions you may need to move the tables and chairs in order to set up for the next function
About you
Previous experience in bar and catering or a customer facing role would be desirable.
Please note, this is a casual role and will involve unsociable working hours such as weekends, early mornings, evenings and bank holidays, with a degree of flexibility required for availability.
Salary range
