
Case Manager - Youth Justice
An opportunity has arisen to join Tower Hamlets and the City of London Youth Justice Service as a Youth Justice Case Manager on a permanent basis.
The relationships built with children and families are central to youth justice practice. We are seeking Case Managers with excellent skills in engaging children and families from diverse backgrounds and building positive, trusting relationships.
As a Case Manager, you will:

Work with children aged 10–17 who have received both community and custodial sentences from the Court.

Undertake high-quality assessments and devise tailored intervention plans to meet each child’s individual needs.

Focus on supporting desistance from offending, safeguarding children, and protecting the public.

Work collaboratively with children, families, and multi-agency partners to deliver the best outcomes for Tower Hamlets and City of London children.
The Youth Justice Service is committed to Child First principles, with collaboration at the heart of everything we do. You will join a multi-disciplinary team that includes speech and language therapists, substance misuse practitioners, police officers, CAMHS clinicians, education officers, and therapeutic practitioners.

Salary range
- £1,340 per year
