Case Management Officer

Safer Communities are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Case Management Officer to join our team

You will be responsible for progressing housing enforcement (all tenure), environmental crime and anti social behaviour cases through to court, ensuring timely and effective legal action to address issues. This role involves managing a caseload of complex cases, preparing evidence, liaising with legal teams, partners and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

You will need to be an experienced investigator with a strong understanding of enforcement procedures and legal processes. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in problem solving, case management, and taking enforcement action to secure the best outcomes for our community. You must demonstrate working knowledge of relevant legislation, powers, and legal tools used in housing enforcement, environmental and anti-social behaviour cases.

You will be a strong team player who is able to respond creatively to new challenges and adapt to changing priorities, ensuring a proactive approach to community safety.
