Caretaker/Cleaner
The Facilities team are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, friendly and reliable person for this position, with a proactive attitude and flexibility for service requirements.
Predominantly, you will be working alone, so knowledge of Lone Working is essential. Working within Health & Safety and COSHH compliance, the successful applicant will be required to perform general caretaking duties of cleaning and basic DIY, liaising with service users / contractors and be responsible for the unlocking and locking of the community centre.
The post holder will also be required to cover the Community Caretaker during periods of absence i.e. leave and sickness to which an electric van will be supplied, therefore a full driving licence must be held.
